The handcarts and game equipment can cope with a short, light rain shower. If needed, you will also receive a quickly assembled rain shelter covering an area of 3 × 4 metres. Please still wear weatherproof clothing and sturdy, comfortable shoes, as the tarp is no substitute for suitable clothing. The outdoor event cannot take place during thunderstorms, storms, severe-weather warnings or other safety risks. In that case, Laserstar will inform you about the next steps in accordance with the conditions applying to your specific booking.

Meet at Laserstar Oldenburg, Stubbenweg 30, no later than 15 minutes before your booked time. After a short briefing and splitting into up to four teams, you follow the recommended route, choose suitable game stops and record your points after each challenge. After no more than three hours, return the complete handcart to the starting point.

You can pre-order drinks and snacks online from Laserstar or buy them on site. The handcart has a large drinks compartment in which your pre-ordered beverages can be stored during the tour. Under Laserstar's house rules, bringing your own food and drinks is generally not permitted; exceptions apply only in the cases expressly stated there. Check the current selection when booking and plan your refreshments before the tour begins.

Two to twelve people are recommended per handcart. A larger group may take turns on individual tasks, but this reduces each person's active playing time. For a smoother experience, Laserstar recommends a second handcart from the 13th participant. Oldenburg offers “The Challenger” and “The Showdown”; when both are booked in parallel, up to 24 people can play at the same time, subject to availability.
