It’s raining in Essen on the day of the event – what does that mean for our booking?

Our Boller Wagons are weatherproof enough to withstand a brief, light rain shower. Additionally, if needed, we provide a practical tent system for self-assembly, free of charge. This allows you to set up a 3x4 meter tarp that covers both you and the wagon in just a few minutes (see photo). Still, please remember to wear waterproof clothing!

If the weather conditions on the day of your booking are so bad that the event cannot take place, you will of course receive a voucher for the full amount. This allows you to easily reschedule your event for another day.

Route of the Boller Wagon Tour – Where Does the Event Take Place?

You will meet 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment at Brunnenstr. 15 – 17, 45128 Essen for a brief introduction. After that, you'll start your tour through the Stadtgarten, making stops for action-packed mini-games and creating unforgettable memories together. All details will be provided on-site – we look forward to seeing you!

Can catering or refreshments be ordered for the Boller Wagon Tour?

Feel free to bring your own drinks and snacks! All of our wagons are equipped with two large compartments that can hold 2 standard beer crates (24 x 0.33 l or 20 x 0.5 l). Additionally, there are smaller compartments for extra beverages. This way, you can fill your handcart exactly as you like and enjoy the event to the fullest!

Upon request, we offer the option to provide drinks for your Boller Battle tour in Essen. For specific requests or orders, you can contact us in advance at essen@bollerbattle.de.

What can we do if our group consists of more than 12 people?

No problem! While we recommend playing with a maximum of 12 people per Boller Wagon, you are welcome to join with a larger group. In this case you will just take turns a bit more often during the games. However, for the best experience, we suggest booking multiple wagons at the same time. We can usually adjust the start times to ensure everyone begins at the same time. Whether it's a small team or a large group – we'll create the perfect team event for you! Boller Battle offers a wide variety of mini-games that challenge and demand a variety of skills. From tricky quiz questions to dexterity games requiring fine motor skills, Boller Battle includes even active games requiring teamwork – there’s something for everyone! The games are designed to strengthen team spirit and provide plenty of action. Don’t worry, no special athletic abilities are required for the more active games. As long as there are no major physical limitations, anyone can enjoy the exciting Boller Battle experience.

Do you play in teams or against each other during Boller Battle in Essen?

Each Boller Wagon accommodates up to 12 players but more participants can join upon request. You will divide into up to 4 teams and compete against each other to collect points and win the Boller Battle game show. The competition guarantees plenty of excitement and fun while you fight for victory!

Do we need to wear athletic clothing for Boller Battle in Essen?

That’s not necessary! Our Boller Battle games are suitable for everyone and don't require any special athletic abilities. Anyone without major physical limitations can easily participate. If a team member has a disability, feel free to contact us in advance. We'll definitely find a suitable solution so that everyone can have fun together!
