The Most Important Questions & Answers

What happens if it rains on the day of the event in Magdeburg?

Our wagons are built to last and can withstand light showers. To make sure you don’t have to stand in the 
rain, we’ll provide you with our mobile tent system (3x4 meters) free of charge if needed, 
which you can quickly set up yourself. This way, your equipment and your group will stay dry. Still, keep in mind 
if the weather is so extreme that starting the event is impossible, you’ll receive a voucher and can 
easily reschedule your event for an alternate date.

Where exactly does the tour start and what is the itinerary?

We’ll meet 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment right at Neomingo, Am Fuchsberg 18,
39112 Magdeburg. After a quick introduction to the technology and the games, you’ll set off. 
You choose your own route. For example, discover the beautiful Klosterberg Garden on
the Elbe or explore the streets of Magdeburg. Along the way, you’ll stop for action-packed mini-games
and collect points to win.

Can we order drinks or snacks for the tour here?

We’d be happy to provide you with a beverage package at a discounted price upon request. 
Just send us an email in advance at magdeburg@bollerbattle.de. You can also purchase drinks at the regular price on-site.
You’re also welcome to bring your own drinks and snacks. Your Boller Wagon is a real space-saver: The main compartment has room for 2–3 standard beer crates and the additional compartments can hold snacks and extra drinks. So you can load the cart exactly as you like!

There are more than 12 of us—can we still play?

Sure! However, for groups of 12 or more, we recommend booking a second wagon. That way, everyone can actively participate in the games at the same time so competitive spirit is high. But even with just one wagon, you can still have a lot of fun with more than 12 people. You’ll just take turns during the games. When booking 2 wagons, we’ll adjust the start times so you can experience the adventure together. Just contact us at magdeburg@bollerbattle.de to plan larger team events.

How much time should we set aside for Boller Battle?

Please plan on about 3 hours of actual playtime. Be sure to arrive at Neomingo 15 minutes before the start of your booking
so we can begin the briefing on time. This will give you enough time for
all the challenges and the closing awards ceremony.

What games are in store for us and do I need to be a professional athlete to play them?

Don’t worry—what counts here is a mix of smarts, skill and team spirit! You can expect everything 
from tricky buzzer-style quiz questions to fine motor skill games as well as 
fun team challenges. The games are designed so that anyone can participate without needing any special athletic 
skills. The focus is on having fun!
 

Are we competing as a team, or are we playing against each other?

You can split into up to 4 teams within your group. 
That way, you’ll not only play with each other, but also against each other for points. Whoever has the 
smartest strategy and buzzes in the fastest wins the Boller Battle game show!

Do we need special (sports) clothing?

No, just come in comfortable everyday clothes that allow you to move around easily.
