Weather turning bad? No worries! If it starts to rain, our flexible 3x4 meter tent system keeps you covered so the event can continue without interruption.

Everything you need to know

What happens if it rains on the day of the event?

Our wagons are designed to handle light rain without any issues. If the weather turns, we also provide a practical tent system free of charge, which you can set up yourself in just a few minutes. This gives you a covered area of around 3x4 meters for your group and the wagon. We still recommend bringing suitable clothing for changing weather conditions. In case the weather is too severe for the event to take place, you will of course receive a voucher, allowing you to easily reschedule for another day.

Route & Schedule – where does your wagon tour start?

You’ll meet around 15 minutes before your booked time at Jägerweg 10 in Ottobrunn, where you’ll receive a short introduction. From there, you’ll head out towards Landschaftspark Hachinger Tal, making your way around the former airport runway. Along the route, you’ll stop to play a variety of mini games and collect points as a team. All further details will be explained on site – we’re looking forward to seeing you!

Can we bring our own drinks or order catering?

You’re welcome to bring your own drinks and snacks. Our wagons come with a large storage compartment that fits around 2–3 standard beer crates, along with additional space for smaller items and extra beverages. This allows you to stock your wagon exactly how you like and enjoy the event your way. Upon request, we can also arrange drinks for your Boller Battle tour. If you have any specific requirements, feel free to contact us in advance.

What if your group has more than 12 people?

No problem at all! Larger groups are always welcome. If you’re more than 12 people, you can simply rotate during the games and still enjoy the experience together. For the best gameplay, we recommend booking multiple wagons at the same time. This way, you can compete directly against each other and start the event together. Start times can usually be coordinated accordingly. Whether you’re a small team or a larger group, we’ll make sure your event runs smoothly. Feel free to contact us for individual arrangements.

How long does a Boller Battle tour take?

Please plan to arrive at the starting point in Ottobrunn about 15 minutes before your booked time to allow for a short introduction. The tour itself includes around 3 hours of gameplay. During this time, you’ll complete all game stations, collect points and determine the winning team – plenty of time for action, competition and lots of fun!

What kind of challenges can you expect – and do you need to be fit?

Boller Battle offers a wide variety of mini games that test different skills. From quiz questions and coordination tasks to more active, team-based challenges – there’s something for everyone to enjoy. The main focus is on fun, teamwork and shared experiences. You don’t need any special level of fitness: as long as there are no major physical limitations, everyone can take part and fully enjoy the event.

Do you play as a team or compete against each other?

In Boller Battle, you compete in teams and collect points by playing a variety of different games. Each wagon can accommodate multiple teams, allowing you to challenge each other in small groups. One wagon works best for groups of around 12–16 people, but larger groups can be accommodated with individual setups. The competitive format creates excitement, energy and plenty of fun all the way to victory!

Do you need special clothing for Boller Battle?

No, you don’t need any special sportswear. Our games are designed so that everyone can join without specific requirements, with a clear focus on fun and teamwork. Comfortable everyday clothing and suitable shoes are all you need. If anyone in your group has specific needs or limitations, feel free to contact us in advance – we’ll find a suitable solution together.
